Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Qualifications or experience in Disability Services, Social Work, Education, or related fields
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities (adults and/or children)
  • A deep understanding of person-centered and strengths-based practices
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
