This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Lead Speech Therapist in a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality therapy services to children and families.
- As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering therapy services to children and families in a culturally diverse environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and their families, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapy services to children and families in a culturally diverse environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
About the Role:
You will be part of a close-knit team who share a passion for working with children and their families. You will have access to ongoing learning and development opportunities, including supervision and training academies.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Therapy and current membership with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA).
- Experience working with children and/or disability, with confidence in your role and ability to support parents.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
