Clinical Nurse Specialist - Community Mental Health

Deliver expert care and support to individuals with mental health concerns in a dynamic Tasmanian environment.

The Role:

You will work collaboratively within the Community Mental Health Services, Inpatient Mental Health Services, Alcohol and Drug Services, and other community service providers to drive improved outcomes and experiences.

Your key responsibilities include providing written and oral communication, liaison, interpersonal, and counselling skills within a multidisciplinary team environment.
