About the Role

  • This is a Casual position working across various hospital sites, including Casey, Clayton, Dandenong, Kingston, Victorian Heart Hospital, and Moorabbin.
  • The successful applicant will have experience working with adult patient cohorts, focusing on psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, complex discharge planning, and family support.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience as a qualified Social Worker.
  • Grade 1 or higher Social Workers will be considered, depending on experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing settings and shifts.
  • A strong focus on patient-centered care and delivering safe best practice.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • A current Victorian driver's license.
