Customer Success Representative

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • A high level of organizational skill is required, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with existing customers within the territory
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow and new business development of filtration products
  • Negotiating with customers and resellers regarding supply agreements
  • Preparing and submitting accurate reports on current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysis
  • Maintaining an effective territory customer call and visit plan
  • Meeting nominated sales and trading targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales and customer service experience with evidence of success
  • Previous experience in Earthmoving, Mining, automotive or similar industries is preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Experience with CRM or similar customer management database
  • Competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel frequently
