We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Brompton team.

About your new role?

This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a secure, full-time position with a company that values its employees, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to see our people succeed. The Branch is open between the hours of 7-4:30 and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and fun team environment.

Reporting structure: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the management of stock;
  • General warehousing duties as required;
  • Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing;
  • Adhering to operational health and safety requirements;
  • Delivering products in work vehicle to customers;
  • Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers; and
  • Providing a high level of customer service.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure our customer's expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Positive and eager to learn attitude.
  • A Forklift licence (desirable, not essential; the company will support).
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical (including a drug and alcohol assessment).
