Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be involved in promoting products and services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote products and services to customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Achieve sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
