Business Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced Business Support specialists to work on temporary, contract and permanent positions across Melbourne. The ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and be eager to learn and develop their knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in internal databases
- Performing extensive data entry tasks
- Managing filing, printing and scanning procedures
- Collaborating and contributing to team success
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Carrying out other ad hoc duties as directed by management
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a Customer Service/Administration role
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Excel and the MS Office suite
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service abilities
- Able to work effectively in a high-volume team environment
- Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong written communication skills
- Showcased ability to take initiative in problem-solving and exercising sound judgement
