Job Opportunity

This is a part-time position for a Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver plans to generate income through various fundraising activities.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Fundraising Strategy Development: Develop, deliver, and monitor fundraising plans across a range of activities and products to meet income targets.
  • Donor Stewardship: Provide exceptional stewardship for existing and new supporters to achieve financial targets and retain donors.
  • Campaign Management: Work with fundraising colleagues to organize and develop a calendar of activity including events, campaigns, and appeals to attract new supporters and grow unrestricted income.
  • Sponsorship and Partnerships: Build relationships, grow a network of individual, group, and corporate supporters to sustain, grow, and diversify income.
  • Communication: Work with the Fundraising Communications Coordinator and Communications Team to promote fundraising activities and opportunities.
  • Event Planning: Oversee the planning and delivery of a new lottery.
  • Presentation Skills: Presentation skills are required to inform audiences about the charity's impact and provide a strong case for choosing to support its activities and goals.
  • Financial Management: Process and record income in line with the charity's financial procedures.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records using the charity's CRM database system.

The working week is 30 hours for this post, which is part-time against full-time hours of 37. Salary pro-rated for 30 hours per week.
