Our team delivers geotechnical services across various sectors, collaborating with authorities and clients from the commercial and residential markets to education institutions and rail companies.

In this role, you will contribute to providing geotechnical expertise in residential, transport, and infrastructure projects throughout all stages, from initial investigations to detail design and construction supervision.

  • We plan, coordinate, and manage field data acquisition, site investigations, testing, and produce calculations, reporting, specifications, and drawings to ensure that geotechnical designs provide suitable solutions.
  • You will conduct geotechnical analysis in areas such as slope stability, pavement designs, foundations, and retaining walls.
  • We perform quality checks and reviews to ensure appropriate technical standards.
  • You will plan, program, and coordinate geotechnical project inputs to deliver agreed outputs on time and to the agreed quality standards.
  • You are required to prepare proposals and carry out marketing initiatives as required.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering, including completion of geotechnical electives and/or major as part of your university studies.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in consulting and/or recognized as a senior engineer in your current role.
  • Experience with soil investigation, supervision, and geotechnical design.
  • Previous experience with engineering software packages such as gINT, GEOSTUDIO, PLAXIS, ROCSCIENCE, CIRCLY, AutoCAD.
