We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our team in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the success of our company by working on diverse projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have recent engineering qualifications and excellent communication skills. You will be part of an established team and work with experienced engineers to understand project scopes and deliverables.

  • You will develop design projects or components of projects through all phases of design development.
  • You will attend client meetings alongside senior engineers as representation in project design meetings with external stakeholders.
  • You will participate in design and safety reviews and risk assessments.
Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Recent, relevant engineering qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An interest in engineering design and project management.
  • A high level of organisational skills.
