Business Operations Manager | Chartered Accounting Firm

A leading accounting firm in North Sydney is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join a dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Manage the administration, IT, and HR functions to ensure resources are aligned with business strategy and objectives
  • Coordinate business budgeting, reporting, payroll, and accounts
  • Provide executive support for leadership meetings
  • Manage facilities inquiries with building managers and suppliers
  • Work effectively with HR providers to manage HRIS systems, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews, and policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate matters to IT providers. Maintain logins, subscriptions, licenses, and equipment

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Business Operations Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in Xero/XPM and employment hero or other HRIS/payroll systems
  • AR and/or payroll experience required
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize
  • Exceptional attention to detail
