As the Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager at C&K, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development strategy. Your expertise will ensure our programs support a capable and responsive workforce, with oversight of policy and strategy that underpins the learning and development of our people.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Develop and implement evidence-informed strategies that support professional development and excellence in inclusion and wellbeing, harnessing expert knowledge and best practice to drive improvement in curriculum, pedagogy, and practice.
- Operational Management: Manage and monitor progress of initiatives and projects, collaborating with C&K Managers and other partners to drive continuous improvement.
- Business Development: Represent C&K at an organisational level, communicating and advocating for our inclusion and wellbeing program for children and educators, and developing relationships with partners and key regional stakeholders to increase our profile and footprint.
- Education and Practice: Ensure our inclusion and wellbeing approach is embedded in the curriculum approach of all C&K services and programs.
- Personal Accountability: Demonstrate personal drive and integrity, taking personal responsibility for meeting objectives, showing initiative, and committing energy to achieve goals.
- Hold an ACECQA-approved Bachelor's in Education (Early Childhood) or Postgraduate qualifications in a related field.
- Demonstrated successful experience developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and quality of programs and services provided across a dispersed early childhood service network.
- Evidence of sound professional experience showing initiative, personal responsibility, commitment to personal development, and application of evidence, professional expertise, and courage in decision making.
