Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager

As the Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager at C&K, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development strategy. You will oversee the policy and strategy that underpins the learning and development of our people, ensuring our programs support a capable and responsive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of agreed positions and evidence-informed strategies that support professional development and excellence in inclusion and wellbeing.
- Manage and monitor progress of initiatives and projects, in collaboration with C&K Managers and other partners.
- Represent C&K at an organisational level, including communication and advocacy of C&K's inclusion and wellbeing program for children and educators.
- Ensure C&K's inclusion and wellbeing approach is embedded in the curriculum approach of all C&K services and programs.
- Exemplify personal drive and integrity, taking personal responsibility for meeting objectives, showing initiative and committing energy to see that goals are achieved.
- Hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor's in Education (Early Childhood) or Postgraduate qualifications in a related field.
- Demonstrated successful experience developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and improve quality of programs and services provided across a dispersed early childhood service network.
- Evidence of sound professional experience that shows initiative and strong sense of personal responsibility for meeting objectives, commitment to personal development, and application of evidence, professional expertise and courage in decision making.
