Job Title: Wellbeing and Injury Support Officer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing and Injury Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our Return to Work (RTW) Program and Health & Wellness Program, providing administrative support to the WHS Manager and broader Enterprise Risk team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of RTW Program and Health & Wellness Program, including administrative functions of each;
  • Provide administrative support to the WHS Manager and broader Enterprise Risk team;
  • Undertake workplace ergonomic assessments;
  • Promote and coordinate health and wellbeing activities and programs across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma qualification in a relevant field or extensive and contemporary equivalent qualifications and experience;
  • Knowledge and experience of the Return to Work Process, rehabilitation and workers compensation process and legislation;
  • SIRA Return to Work Coordinator Certificate;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Promapp).
