Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced remuneration specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in total rewards frameworks, programs, and solutions.

  • The successful candidate will oversee annual remuneration cycles, job mapping, grading, STIs, and sales commissions.
  • They will work closely with the business to ensure a recently developed fit-for-purpose rewards framework is fully optimised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage total rewards frameworks, programs, and solutions to support the on-going strategic objectives of the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that reward strategies align with business objectives.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Design and implement sales commission structures to motivate high-performing employees.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate reward roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing total rewards frameworks and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
