About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our remuneration and benefits strategy, driving engagement and performance across our organisation.

As a senior member of our human resources team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing remuneration frameworks, salary structures, and benefits programs that align with market trends and business objectives.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing our remuneration framework to ensure job banding and benchmarking remain current.
  • Leading the annual remuneration review cycle, including developing remuneration models and providing reporting for executive approval.
  • Overseeing salary surveys, benchmarking, and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Managing and optimising our benefits program, including negotiations with providers and administration of employee offerings.
  • Administering short-term and long-term incentive plans, including employee share schemes.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and governance requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in remuneration and benefits management within complex or listed environments.
  • Expertise in salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and employee benefits management.
  • Appreciation for Australian employment law and ASX governance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High-level stakeholder engagement, change-oriented mindset, and influencing skills.
  • Relevant commerce, accounting, or HR tertiary qualifications.
