Job Title:

Senior Reward Strategist

Description:

This senior reward role sits within the People and Culture Leadership Team.

The organisation has a national footprint and is highly visible in the Energy sector, delivering efficient, customer-focused, and commercial solutions.

As a key member of the People and Culture Leadership team, you will lead the development and execution of remuneration and reward strategies nationally.

You will be responsible for managing existing frameworks, leading cyclical events, and developing future-oriented solutions to support business transformation and workforce evolution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and engage stakeholders with remuneration strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end remuneration calendar, including annual reviews, incentive program design, and delivery
  • Partner with the CPO to develop and present remuneration papers to RemCo and the Board
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a remuneration generalist driving operational outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse HR teams and businesses, engaging stakeholders to support strategic objectives
  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves to deliver operational results, with a strong history of strategic engagement
