Our company is expanding rapidly, and we need a seasoned remuneration professional to lead the development, implementation, and management of our group wide remuneration and benefits programs.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance innovation with operational execution. This role will enable you to positively challenge the status quo, contribute to innovative thinking, and introduce contemporary remuneration and benefit practices.

You will work closely with the Reporting Analyst to set up a more contemporary function, including implementing the compensation module in Workday and providing advice and guidance to the HR team and the business on the remuneration philosophy and market data.

This position also requires collaboration with HR colleagues and legal & finance to prepare Committee papers for the Board, managing cyclical activities such as annual remuneration review and incentive programs, and working with the Head of IR to provide data modelling for EBA negotiations.

  • Tertiary qualified, you are a commercial remuneration & benefits specialist with hands-on experience working with HRI systems.
