Learning and Development Support Specialist

We are seeking an individual to contribute to the success of our students and teachers by providing learning and development support in a dynamic and innovative environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with event planning, supporting delivery teams, and providing face-to-face and online support to students and teachers.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating student events, exhibitions, and showcases.
  • Support delivery teams to monitor and maintain student creative projects.
  • Provide support to students and delivery teams either in-person or remotely.

Requirements:

  • A certificate III in a creative industry-related field or above (e.g., graphic design, jewellery design, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cultural arts).
  • Ability to understand learning materials and processes used in the media, art, design, and entertainment industry.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills, including proactive behavior and ability to explain ideas clearly.

Child-Related Position:

A Working with Children Check is required for this position, and ongoing positions require Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
