The Role:
This role involves leading a team of Sales Consultants to maximise membership growth and create a positive customer experience that drives club visitation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily workflow of the team to ensure targets are met
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the team's success
- Create a framework for the team to achieve their daily minimum performance criteria
- Assist with delivering sales training to develop the team
- Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis
- Support the Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth
- Support the Club Manager in developing the Sales Consultant fortnightly roster
About You:
You will be able to demonstrate proven sales and customer service experience, with a clear ability to hit KPIs, as well as previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes.
