
Sales and Growth Expert

We are seeking a driven, forward-thinking Business Growth Professional to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of securing new business in highly competitive markets, preferably with complex products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying new business prospects
- Building and managing a sales pipeline
- Managing clients through the sales process, including responding to tenders, leading solution presentations, generating quotations and commercial negotiations
- Closure of new business, completion of contract and release documentation and guiding contract negotiations
- Attending and leading seminars, conferences, and exhibitions
The successful candidate will possess:
- A results-driven approach, proactive in seeking new business and thriving in a competitive environment
- B2B success experience, closing deals with medium to long sales cycles, ideally selling top-tier bespoke solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, effortlessly connecting with C-suite executives, finance, HR and payroll teams
- Relationship-building abilities, establishing rapport and leveraging relationships to negotiate favourable commercials and contracts
- Self-management skills, prioritising effectively and building strong relationships with internal teams to support sales efforts
