  • Foster relationships with community organizations to secure opportunities for participants.
  • Develop effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Provide referrals for training, counseling, and other services to enhance long-term employment outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • Customer service, client-facing, or administrative experience.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with well-developed verbal and written abilities.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills, along with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to build relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders.
