Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Leader to oversee the Asia-Pacific region of our Professional Services organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the APAC Professional Services team, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to align with company objectives and industry trends.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Sales, Strategy & Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Set career objectives with managers and proactively manage them towards achieving performance targets while developing team members against core competencies.
  • Identify areas for improvement by understanding root causes of inefficiencies and partnering with Strategy & Operations to lead change management.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in professional services.
  • 5+ years of direct management experience of individual contributors, with experience managing front-line managers preferred.
  • Proven success in thinking strategically and executing tactically, while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills allowing for ease when handling customer escalations of technical challenges.
  • Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities.
