Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity involves working as a specialist in digital asset and fiat related trade settlement. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in trading and/or trading operations, with a strong preference for experience with crypto assets.

Key responsibilities include managing digital asset and fiat related trade settlement, communicating with internal and external trading counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlements, and reconciling trades from post-trade to settlement to ensure correct and timely settlement.

Responsibilities:
  • Keep track of treasury and liaise with trading and finance teams on accounting for asset balances across operations
  • Liaise internally with wider trading, OTC and options teams on balances and settlement status, and provide administrative and client communication support where needed
  • Asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs
  • Manage and add new banking beneficiaries, and support trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements
  • Track and alert internal and external client margin and net open positions, and liaise with clients on transfer of assets to maintain margin thresholds
  • Monitor and project manage internal operations ticketing processes, and work with trading teams to streamline and improve these
  • Oversee and help enhance the collection, documentation and organising of external counterparty FX and OTC related trade data for purposes of internal cost and best execution tracking
  • Help improve the efficiency and design of a more streamlined trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of prior trading and/or trading operations experience
  • Experience working in a crypto or tradfi banking environment across multiple currencies and managing different forms of money transfers/wires
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • Based in the APAC geography
  • Extremely strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrable passion for digital assets and blockchain technologies
