Lead Settlements Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: oversee a diverse range of clients and tailor services to meet their needs
- Conveyancing Services: prepare settlement documents, conduct land searches, and manage the settlement process from start to finish
- Client Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Established Expertise: minimum 3 years of experience in settlements and conveyancing
- Collaborative Mindset: demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when needed
- Effective Communication: possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate seamless interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: showcase a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
