Job Summary

This role is suited to an individual who possesses flexibility, organisation skills, and the ability to multitask, with experience in dealing with commercial and asset finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review commercial asset finance deals to ensure that all necessary risk, legal, Anti Money Laundering (AML), and compliance guidelines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Development Managers and Account Managers, to facilitate timely and efficient transaction settlement.
  • Provide support to stakeholders on post-settlement queries and issues.
  • Contribute to the review of practices and processes to drive improvements that meet organisational and broker needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in settlements or asset finance is preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders as well as work independently.
  • Understanding of Anti Money Laundering obligations.
  • Knowledge of Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
