About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Trading Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital assets and wants to be part of a leading change-maker in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage digital asset and fiat-related trade settlement and communicate with internal and external trading counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
  • Reconcile trades from post-trade to settlement to ensure correct and timely settlement.
  • Liaise internally with the wider trading, OTC, and options teams on balances and settlement status, and provide administrative and client communication support where needed.
  • Manage and add new banking beneficiaries and support trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements.
  • Track and alert internal and external client margin and net open positions, and liaise with clients on transfer of assets to maintain margin thresholds.
  • Keep track of and report technical and financial problems and provide support to the dev team for improvements and automating processes.
  • Monitor and project manage internal operations ticketing processes and work with trading teams to streamline and improve these.
  • Oversee and help enhance the collection, documentation, and organizing of external counterparty FX and OTC-related trade data for purposes of internal cost and best execution tracking.
  • Help improve the efficiency and design of a more streamlined trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures.
