Flight Operations Specialist

The role of Flight Operations Specialist plays a vital part in upholding operational excellence within our aviation team.

This position involves collaborating closely with the Head of Training and Checking to develop and implement flight training programs that ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and high-performance standards across all facets of our operations.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of safety.

The ideal candidate will possess a CASA CPL (A), current IPC (3 renewals), minimum 2500 total flight hours, and minimum 2000 hours in command.

Prior experience in operating aircraft in remote areas, flying Cessna C208B and Pilatus PC12 aircraft, and knowledge of rural and remote Australia would be highly regarded.

  • Maintain high operational standards through effective delivery of flight training and checking programs
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Training and Checking to develop and implement comprehensive training programs
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of our services
