The Role

We are seeking a Flight Instructor and IFR Charter Pilot to join our professional team based between Adelaide and Aldinga Aerodromes. This role offers immediate entry into a varied flying schedule including:

- RAAus and GA flight instruction

- IFR charter (C172/C182)

- Ground theory delivery

- Surveillance and ad hoc charter flying

For the right candidate, this role includes a pathway into B200 King Air operations within approximately 3–6 months. Turboprop training will be offered under a bonded arrangement reflecting our investment in your progression.

Operations are conducted across both metro and regional locations, with overnight stays at times required in the Flight Instructor and IFR charter role, and more regularly once operating in the turboprop fleet.

Minimum Requirements (Essential)

To be considered, you must hold:

- Grade 3 (or higher) Flight Instructor Rating (GA) – current and valid

- RAAus Instructor Rating – current, or willingness to obtain immediately

- Multi-Engine Command Instrument Rating (MECIR) – current

- Class 1 Medical

- Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time

- Design Feature Endorsement

Desirable Experience

While not mandatory, the following will be highly regarded:

- Grade 2 or Grade 1 Flight Instructor Rating

- Tailwheel experience

- Floatplane or waterborne operations

- Experience in high-performance or complex aircraft

- Previous involvement in remote or multi-role charter operations
