Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven professional to fill the role of Network Support Engineer in our high-performing infrastructure team.

This position requires a strong technical foundation in enterprise networking, including routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPNs, QoS, and wireless optimization.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking hardware and dashboard administration, as well as a proven track record of providing network-related support and troubleshooting for IP-based CCTV, duress alert systems, and telephony platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective network-related support and troubleshooting for IP-based CCTV, duress alert systems, and telephony platforms.
  • Act as a flexible technical resource across network infrastructure, with secondary support for security, endpoints, telephony, and access control.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for all network-related incidents raised by the Service Desk.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in network engineering or network support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking hardware and dashboard administration.
  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking including routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPNs, QoS, and wireless optimization.
