**Job Title:** Turbine Service SpecialistAt our organization, we value individual contributions and emphasize safety in all aspects of our business. We are seeking a skilled Turbine Service Specialist to join our team.This role involves serving as a technical focal point at customer sites, dealing with field assignments ranging from troubleshooting, commissioning projects, service and maintenance inspections, equipment removal and installation of turbo-machinery products used predominately in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries.Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding and complying with HSSE policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively recognizing electrical/mechanical abnormalities and potential safety problems.
  • Providing detailed, highly technical and comprehensive reports to stakeholders; management, engineering and operations.
  • Solving problems with little or no supervision to solve them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Working individually or with assigned specialists on preventive/corrective maintenance.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A trade qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation, with a minimum of 3 years industry experience OR degree qualified Engineer in the following disciplines; Mechanical, Electrical or Controls with industry experience.
  • Strong hands-on technical knowledge with rotating equipment and PLC systems.
  • Sound technical report writing skills.
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills both; oral and written.
