Senior Steam Turbine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Steam Turbine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outage and project team, you will be responsible for the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of steam turbines and valves.
- Main Responsibilities:
Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble steam turbines and valves, ensuring precision alignment and safety compliance.
Work with auxiliary systems, interpreting technical drawings to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Site Proficiency:
Previous experience working on power generation or heavy industrial projects.
- Technical Skills:
Proven experience working on steam turbines and valves, including inspection and measurement of critical components.
- Teamwork:
Able to work effectively within a team, possessing well-developed communication skills.
- Safety:
Committed to maintaining a safe working environment, both for yourself and colleagues.
- Certifications:
Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade, or equivalent.
Valid tickets for confined spaces and working at heights.
- Roster:
Monday to Saturday, Days/Nights, 11-hour shifts.
- Rate:
EBA rates $66.84 p/hr (including 25% casual loading) + OT Penalties (from base rate).
- Accommodation:
LAFHA or accommodation provided to distant workers.
