Site Leadership Opportunity

This manufacturing site has a rich heritage of producing high-quality agricultural and garden care products. We are seeking an experienced leader to drive growth and improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met
  • Build a strong team culture and lead by example, fostering accountability and engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and operational performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve safety systems, hazard identification, and reporting
  • Coach and support direct reports to achieve their full potential

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our National Operations Director to develop and implement site-wide initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the company's success.

Reporting directly to the National Operations Director, you will oversee a team of around 25, including three direct reports. Your role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving excellence.
