Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Operations Manager to oversee our payroll functions across Australia. This key role will inspire a dedicated team to ensure seamless, accurate, and timely payroll operations for all employees.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, preferably in a national or multi-state organisation within Health, Community, or Disability sectors. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is also required.
- Lead a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Accurate and timely full end-to-end payroll processing for 2 pay cycles (fortnightly and monthly).
- Implement and improve payroll systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
This role offers an opportunity to drive high-quality outcomes through payroll function & process reviews/recommendations and change initiatives to streamline processes & improve controls.
