Job Title: Payroll Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our payroll team as a Payroll Systems Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with payroll systems and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing systems administration and support for the Kronos T&A platform, performing reporting, analysis, and systems troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity across multi-entity payroll operations, partnering with payroll and HR teams to resolve system issues and streamline processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within payroll systems and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with payroll systems administration, ideally Kronos T&A
  • Exposure to multi-entity payroll environments
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with payroll, HR, and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage priorities within a collaborative team environment
