Senior Payroll Operations Manager

The Payroll Project Lead oversees the operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the payroll function. This includes managing vendor partnerships, optimizing processes, and leading implementation projects to address critical payroll needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end implementation of payroll systems and projects with vendors.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Deliver executive-level insights through presentations and regular reviews.
- Drive process optimization by identifying and implementing improvements to documentation, workflows, and manual effort reduction.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in payroll operations and/or project management, with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives.
- Experience in developing and executing change management strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
