Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional guest experiences.

  • Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including financial management, administration, guest experience, strategy, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the department, as well as leading operational tasks, strategies, and team-building initiatives. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for external and internal clients for the Food and Beverage department.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel environment. They should possess strong leadership skills, with experience in leading a diverse team, managing performance, running training sessions, and roster management. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential, along with proven results in driving guest satisfaction. The ability to work varied shifts is also required.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
