Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Food and Beverage department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Events operations team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel and ensuring processes are in place to develop staff.
  • Hands-on management of the day-to-day floor operations of the Food and Beverage department.
  • Drive a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Quality control of front-of-house delivery and F&B logistics, including maintaining and managing inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Establish and set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure high levels of food safety compliance are in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a successful experience for the client.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Food and Beverage operations management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
