Program Coordinator Role

The role of a Program Coordinator is multifaceted, encompassing leadership, management, and innovation. As a key member of the College's team, you will be responsible for driving high-quality programs that cater to students' needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve exceptional outcomes in VET, Careers, WPL, and post-school transition programs.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with industry providers, TAFEs, RTOs, and community organisations to expand program offerings.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to students, staff, and families regarding VET and post-school options.
  • Promote VET and related programs across the school and broader community through effective communication and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in VET, senior secondary schooling, careers, or transition pathways.
  • High-level understanding of VET curriculum, policy, accreditation, and reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent data literacy skills, with experience using educational data to inform program development and reporting.
Eligibility:
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights.
  • Hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
