We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As a Trainee Educator, you will have the opportunity to work towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

 

As an Early Years Educator at our centre, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our experienced educators and leadership team to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children and families.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and education to young children. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff members.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our children and families.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in early childhood education and care.
  • Ability to work towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
