Training Program Developer

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Certificate in Business Administration or Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
  • Demonstrated knowledge of RTO operations, ASQA compliance, and training program implementation
  • Experience managing apprenticeships and training programs
  • High-level experience implementing learning management systems

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs
  • Analyze current training capabilities and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage learning management systems to ensure seamless delivery of training content
