    • Manage all the costing for budget reporting purposes on all projects
    • Contribute effectively in reporting to management to present successful outcomes of projects management
  8. Dispute Resolution and Compliance
    • Maintain compliance requirements for all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & finalisation of relevant documentations
    • Compliance with invoicing processes including necessary purchase order processes

About You

  • Experience supervising construction projects
  • Carpentry/Building Trade qualified, however not essential
  • Cert IV or Bachelor of Building & Construction advantageous, however not essential
  • Insurance building experience highly regarded, however not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal communication with customer service building and sustaining relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects whilst maintaining competing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
  • High work ethics
  • Computer literacy
  • Construction White Card
  • Understanding of WHS practices, legislation, regulations & current market rates
  • Current motor vehicle licence
