Business Growth Associate

The Role
We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Growth Associate to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 25-50 key accounts, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or account management, with a focus on retention and expansion.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM and data analytics tools.

Key Skills
