Business Growth Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through proactive outreach, including phone calls, video calls, and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at leading industry events.
  • Nurture long-lasting relationships with key partners by organizing tailored campaigns and programme metrics that align with their goals and business objectives.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to drive growth in day-to-day operations and strategic direction.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all partnership activities align with regulatory policies and internal guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Interest or experience in financial markets, trading, or fintech is highly regarded.
  • A driven and enthusiastic professional with a passion for sales and relationship management.
  • Bilingual proficiency to support diverse partner interactions across the region.
  • Background in finance, either as a finance graduate or with up to 2 years of experience in a finance role and/or finance recruitment.
