The role of Business Associate encompasses a broad and dynamic spectrum within the organization. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes through people management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serving as a strategic partner to Managers in employee relations scenarios
- Providing coaching support to managers to deliver high-performance culture
- Developing and implementing changes to policies and procedures
- Partnering with Leaders to design workforce and succession planning strategies
- Designing solutions for training, development, reward, recognition, and wellbeing programs
Key Requirements:
- Depth of experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Understanding of EBA's and ability to interpret awards and agreements
- Passion for people and organizational growth
- Desire to grow and develop career in Human Resources
