About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Group Allotment/Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our Group Allotment portfolio in Victoria and Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to maximize sales potential within the designated territory.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the global sales teams to identify and book Scheduled Groups opportunities.
  • Ensure our Group Allocation offering is competitive and aligned with market needs.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong sales and marketing skills with a focus on customer relationships and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly desirable.
