About the Role:

As a Content Writer at BaptistCare, you will play a key role in crafting compelling content that showcases our brand's story and values. You will work collaboratively with our Marketing & Communications team to develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, news stories, and internal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to create content strategies and plans
  • Work closely with experts from across our services to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Edit and proof content to ensure attention to detail and accuracy
  • Manage and publish content across various channels, including print and digital

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will have a strong background in content writing, marketing, or a related field. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in creating engaging content for various channels, and a proven ability to transform complex information into clear and compelling messages. You will also have experience in digital communications and social media, and be proficient in tools such as website CMS management, social media scheduling, and eDM platforms. Additionally, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work professionally across multiple teams and stakeholders.
