We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our B2B sales team as an Account Manager. This role is ideal for sales, account management or mechanical professionals looking to grow the profitability of our truck tyre business.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for securing and maintaining B2B accounts, particularly with truck fleets, while utilizing Salesforce CRM to optimize account management processes and achieve sales goals.
- Your key responsibilities will include conducting customer visits to inspect and report on Tyre performance, providing technical support to customers and end users, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to expand our business within their organizations.
- Analyze data to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales, account management or a related field, preferably within the B2B industry.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office software.
