Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead swim instructors and coaches, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Foster a supportive environment for staff and participants.
  • Manage daily operations of swim programs at leisure facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching of swimming and water safety.
  • Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003).
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to positively motivate others.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to improve business performance.
